FHE Continuing Education Information

 

The Foundation for Human Enrichment is approved by the following agencies as a continuing education approved provider:

 

NBCC:  National Board of Certified Counselors, Approved Provider # 5980

·         No special evaluation required

 

CBBS:  California Board of Behavioral Sciences, Approved Provider # 1867

·         No special evaluation required

 

NASW:  National Association of Social Workers, Approved Provider # 886451885

·         Sign in at trainings on standard sign in roster. 

·         A special evaluation is required

 

 

NCBTMB:   National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Approved Provider # 450113-06.  Effective Date:  March 27, 2006.  Expiration Date:  March 27, 2008.  Please note:  credits for SE courses taught between March 27, 2004 and March 26, 2006 are available as NCBTMB has a retro-active credit policy.

MCEP:  Mandatory Continuing Education for Psychologists  is a class-by-class application.  Some CA classes are approved for CE credit.  It is up to each individual to find out if their own governing organization recognizes approval from this agencies. 

 

  1. For MCEP:  participants MUST sign in on the designated MCEP form at each class and MUST also fill out the MCEP evaluation form to receive CE contact hours.  These MUST be received by the FHE within 10 days of the training or credit may be forfeited. 

 

Course hours awarded:

 

The Beginning and Intermediate Level S.E.P. training seminars are generally held Friday through Monday.  These four, 8-hour days award 6 continuing education contact hours per day for a total of 24 per module.

 

The Advanced Level S.E.P. training seminars span 6 days and award 6 continuing education contact hours per day for a total of 36 per module.
