FHE Executive Director Announcement
Dear Friends,
The FHE Board of Directors has launched its search for an Executive Director.
FHE is at a great new level of growth and vitality and we are looking for a
staff leader whose energy matches our vision and promise. Would you help us
by sending the job announcement in this newsletter to your networks? We're
advertising widely, yet we know that word of mouth from friends like you is an
invaluable resource.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Doug Matthews, Chairman
FHE Board of Directors
ED Position Announcement
The Foundation for Human Enrichment (FHE) is a nonprofit educational and research organization,
located in Boulder County, Colorado, dedicated to the worldwide healing and prevention of trauma.
FHE was formed in 1996 to provide professional training in Somatic Experiencing® and outreach to
under served populations and victims of violence, war and natural disasters. For many years FHE
was primarily a training and education organization. Within the past two years FHE has grown to
include a research program and an outreach program in addition to its training and education program.
FHE is at a critical juncture in its history, having recently added these two new programmatic areas.
FHE seeks a strong, dynamic, experienced Executive Director to lead an increasingly complex
organization through a period of tremendous growth.

2007 Practitioners Registry
Register Online Now
It is time to sign up for the 2007 Practitioners Listing. We know that many of you have
found the benefit of utilizing the Practitioners Registry, as have we. The FHE receives
a myriad of phone calls from the general public, requesting assistance in finding someone
who has been trained in SE. Our most common referral source is the web listing of practitioners.
Many interested clients also use the website registry, as the site currently receives an average of
24,000 hits per day.

Case Consultation Listings
Post a Consultation
Many of you have contacted us requesting information on case consultations
being offered. These events are not FHE sponsored, with the exception
of those offered at the Advanced trainings. As a service, we feel
that it would be beneficial to all participants to have these available.
As we receive case consult information, we will list it on our website
under Professional SE Trainings, then by each
state under their Case Consultations heading.
If you are a provider of case consults, or a coordinator who is planning a case
consult event, you can access the template for listing your information at the
Coordinators Corner in the Members Section of the FHE website. In order to
defray web posting expenses, a $25 fee will be charged for the faculty member or
provider of these sessions. As a reminder, case consult hours are counted toward
SEP requirements at a 3:1 ratio. Post a Consultation Now >>
New Templates for Training
Post a Training
It has just become easier for faculty and coordinators to have trainings, introductions,
lectures and workshops posted to the web. Just visit the Coordinators' Corner in
the Members' Section and click on the Online Form under SE Training Items. There
you will find places to input all information required for the posting of your class,
such as date, location, cost, coordinator, additional information, etc. All spaces
with an asterisk * must be completed for the form to be successfully submitted. If
you only have partial information such as date or location, you can enter TBA or N/A
in all unknown fields. If any required fields are not completed, you will receive an
error message upon submission and you will be directed to go back and fill in the information.
Please note that if you have entered TBA in any space, you must then come back and do a
Change Form when you do receive the information. This form requires that you enter some
of the current information and then enter the new information to update the listing.
It may take a minute or two to open (and submit) the forms, but all information will finally
be received by the FHE office in a consistent format. This will allow for trainings, etc.,
to be posted in an accurate, timely manner.
As always, if you have any questions about the forms, please do not hesitate to call the FHE office.
