LAWFUL USE AND OWNERSHIP
The Somatic Experiencing® Associate and Practitioner Registry (SEAPR) is produced and published by the Foundation for Human Enrichment. This web site and all of the information contained in its databases or on its pages is the property of the Foundation for Human Enrichment. The SEAPR is intended for personal use by the general public to provide accessible information for those searching for a therapist, usually within their geographic

area, who has been trained in and accredited as a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (S.E.P.) or, who is currently in training, for accreditation as an S.E.P.

Somatic Experiencing® attracts therapists from a wide variety of professional disciplines and interests. Therefore, the registrants professional credentials, interest areas, and their practices in the U.S. and internationally have been noted in the registry. Please take note of these when making your selection. Information contained in the SEAPR may be printed on a screen by screen basis for individual personal use only and not for any commercial purpose.

The SEAPR and its data, listings, information or other components may not be downloaded, republished, reproduced, reprinted, retransmitted, distributed, rebroadcast, disseminated, circulated, duplicated or resold in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes or for purposes of compiling or producing mailing lists or any other lists of therapists. Use of the SEAPR to establish independent data files or compendiums of information is strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted. All users agree to access the information in the site manually and not programmatically by macro or other non-individual person or automated means.

GOVERNANCE
All users understand and accept that this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. In the event that any provision of this agreement is determined to be unlawful, then the user understands and affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions. This shall be the entire agreement between parties relating to the subject matter herein and can only be modified or altered in writing, signed by both parties.
