Professional Description: In addition to SE, I work with EMDR, hypnotherapy, mindfulness practice, TFT, exploration of family-of-origin issues, spirituality, attachment issues, and psychodynamically-based psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I am the author of Recreating Your Self, Getting Through the Day, Sacred Practices for Conscious Living, and Meditations & Rituals for Conscious Living. In addition to offering workshops for professionals and the public, I am also a member of the SE faculty.
