The Requirements for an Individual Case Consultant at the Beginning Level:

• Must be an SEP
• Must belong to a professional association which has a code of ethics, and provide proof of membership
• Must carry liability insurance and provide proof of same
• Must provide a current C.V.
• Must have had a professional practice in a related field (i.e. psychotherapist, bodyworker) for 5 years
• Must have assisted at 2 full cycles of the Beginning year
• Must have assisted a full cycle of an Intermediate and an Advanced training
• Must be an approved provider at all levels
• Must have given 300 SE oriented sessions to clients and will document this with a signed statement
• Must have an active SE practice.  An active SE practice means they have provided 150 SE sessions to clients, and will document this with a signed statement to that effect.
• Must have a faculty recommendation from 2 faculty members
• per session hour.  Faculty may charge a maximum of $150 per hour.
• For individual case consultations counting towards an SEP certificate and noted on a Session Log, providers agree to provide consults to participants at a maximum rate of $100 per consultation hour. SE Trauma Institute™ faculty may charge a maximum of $150 per hour.

Applicants will then receive a status letter via email, which authorizes them to provide.  This letter may be presented to local organizers or faculty as proof of students’ authorization to provide.
