As health professionals, we may feel perplexed in helping clients find their way through the chaos and often-severe symptoms that occur in the aftermath of trauma. Therapists need practical, natural, resourceful solutions to help clients move through this demanding territory. Somatic Experiencing® is a naturalistic, body-oriented approach to resolving the effects of trauma.
