Thank You Letter

Dear Dr. Peter A. Levine:
This mail is meant to acknowledge my greatest gratitude towards
the Foundation for Human Enrichment. The team flew all the
way half the world to help and relief the traumatic pain of
my Thai people who have gone through or suffered from the
unexpected Tsunami. It is obviously by far and foremost the
best charitable assistance that men could do to their friends
in need. Seeing a team of 9 members working devotedly and
tirelessly was such a memorable scene I could never forget.
Even more, from day one to the final day, the work that this
valuable group had produced was extremely successful. Just
in an hour or two, I could clearly see the people transform
into a better condition. A woman who lost her husband can
put on a smile in her face again. The kids can run, play and
release the trauma that stuck in their bodies through the
activities that this group had created. It was a heart-felt
and immense experience to us all.
With the team's precious achievement here and my determination
to continue the progress, I think that there should be an
extent branch of the Foundation for Human Enrichment established
in Thailand. Also, when the second team arrives, I would suggest
that they could conduct a two-week workshop for those Red
Cross workshop's participants who are interested in Somatic
Experiencing. I believe that the sooner we can establish the
branch and pass on the SE knowledge, the wider we can spread
our concern on humanity.
I'm looking forward to host the second team shortly. I can't
wait to see the blinks in the eyes of the Thai people when
the team does their follow-ups.
Lastly, thank you for your huge and unforgettable effort.
On behalf of my fellow Thais, we truly and deeply appreciated.
Sincerely yours,
Dr. Wanlop Piyamanotham, Ph.D.
